Hospitable owner, friendly and helpful people, cozy rooms with soft and warm beds, well-planned common spaces, overwhelming view of the mountains from the balcony.
Don't have any issues at all.

Star Hostel was extremely dirty, nasty, I would not recommend this hostel to anyone. Please do not stay at this Hostel. Both bedroom and restroom (shared and private) are nasty. We stayed two nights, the worst nights ever. Dirty place and people smoking everywhere, even the manager.

The hostel is located in the charming Old Town, which is very close to the bus stop. This convenient location makes it easy to explore the city center without any hassle. the rooms are tidy and the staff members are friendly and helpful. the hostel also offers a simple but satisfying breakfast that includes tea, coffee, and croissants. it provides a homely atmosphere and a great base for exploring the city.
The bathrooms could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

I stayed at a nice hotel for 3 days and the boss was really kind, even offering me pizza and wine upon arrival! The hotel was very comfortable and the staff ensured the cleanliness of the bathroom. They also gave me great recommendations for places to visit in the city. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the nearby cities and public transport. Additionally, there were supermarkets and excellent restaurants nearby, including the best pizza I've ever had which was just a 10-minute walk away at San Siro.
Would recommend this hotel.

The bus stop right outside the hostel made exploring the city center convenient and easy. I also appreciated that a map was provided, making navigation hassle-free. I liked the most in this hostel is the owner, Bob. Very nice and friendly person. Other than offering the room he also offered me some personal services like offering food, snacks and lots of guidance about the city and places to visit. It was nice to meet Bob over here. I love love to meet him and visit his hostel very often.

The hostel is conveniently located near the metro stations, making it easy to explore Milan. One day, after a long day of sightseeing, I stumbled upon a pizzeria just around the corner from the hostel. The aroma of freshly baked pizza drew me in, and I ended up indulging in a mouthwatering slice that was truly a slice of heaven.
Limited transportation options to the city center.
